• Axial deep groov ball bearing

  • Description

Axial Rillenkugellager

Axial deep groove ball bearings are manufactured as single and double acting bearings. Axial deep groove ball bearings acting on one side consist of a shaft washer, a housing washer and a set of balls held by a cage. The bearings are not self-retaining, the installation of the bearing parts can be done separately and is therefore easy. Axial deep groove ball bearings acting on one side are suitable for absorbing axial loads in one direction and can support the shaft on one side, but must not be subjected to radial loads.

Double-acting axial deep groove ball bearings consist of a shaft washer, two housing washers and two sets of balls held by cages. They are also not self-retaining and can be installed separately. They can absorb axial loads in both directions and thus act as a fixed bearing to guide the shaft on both sides. However, radial loading is not permitted. Axial deep groove ball bearings are manufactured with normal tolerances as standard. They can be made with sheet steel cages and solid brass cages. The main dimensions of the bearings correspond to the specifications in DIN 616 / ISO 104: 2002.
